Brian Phillips
Brian Phillips is a founding member of the Badge of Honor Association and served as the original Vice President for 3 1/2 years. Brian is now an Executive Member of B.O.H.A. and assigned to the Donations & Sponsorship Committee, he has been a member of B.O.H.A. since 2007. Brian has been a Police Officer for 13 years and is a member of the Rochester Police Department. Brian served honorably in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years and was a Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputy for 2 years prior to joining the R.P.D. Brian is married to Officer Kelly Phillips of the Rochester Police Department and has two children.
