Emmanuel Marcano
Emmanuel “Manny” Marcano III served as a Rochester Police Officer for 6 years. Manny has been with B.O.H.A. since 2008 and continues to serve on the Executive Board as the Executive Vice President of the Badge of Honor Association. Manny recently resigned from the R.P.D. to join his family’s business, E.M.A. Design Associates Inc., where he is currently Director of Business Operations.
