Justin Collins
PRESIDENT
Justin Collins is a founding member of the Badge of Honor Association and has served as the original President since 2007. Justin is a Sergeant with the Rochester Police Department and has been a member of R.P.D. for 8 years. Justin designed the original concept of B.O.H.A. after spending his childhood attending events sponsored by the Buffalo Police Department. Justin is originally from the South Buffalo area. Justin’s Step-Father, Lieutenant John Rieman, is a 28 year veteran with B.P.D. Justin’s Grandfather, Patrolman William Cooley, served the B.P.D. for 32 years.
