Otto Harnischfeger
Otto Harnischfeger has been a member of the Rochester Police Department for 25 years. Otto is the most Senior Officer on B.O.H.A.’s Executive Committee. He has been a member of the Badge of Honor Association since 2009. Otto was the original Emcee and Media Liaison for B.O.H.A. and now holds the title of Executive Member. Otto is the proud father of three girls.
